Role Overview:

As the Venture Capital Accelerator Manager with GaiaLabs, you will serve as the linchpin of our dynamic startup ecosystem. Your pivotal role will guide startups from their nascent stages to fruition, ensuring that they resonate with the GaiaLabs ethos and are amply equipped to redefine the contours of the Crypto and Web3 sectors.

Core Responsibilities:

1. **Managing and Incubating Startups:** Lead startups through their growth trajectory, ensuring they harmonize with GaiaLabs' ideals and gain maximally from our offerings.

2. **Reviewing Applications:** Assiduously assess startup applications, cherry-picking those ripe for evolution within the GaiaLabs ecosystem.

3. **Allocating Funding:** Spearhead the capital allocation procedure, ensuring deserving startups receive the monetary boost they require, while preserving the integrity of their vision.

4. **Setting up Facilities/Offices:** Even in a remote setup, ensure startups have access to necessary digital tools, resources, and infrastructure to succeed.

5. **Networking & Partner Collaboration:** Cultivate enduring ties with global mentors, partners, and investors, fortifying the value proposition for our nurtured startups.

6. **Strategic Planning:** Constantly realign the accelerator program's strategy to keep pace with the ever-mutating landscapes of Crypto & Web3.

Daily Tasks May Include:

- Engaging with startup founders to gauge progress and discern potential roadblocks.

- Orchestrating mentorship and training sessions tailored to the needs of individual startups.

- Collaboratively working with the finance team for smooth funding allocation.

- Organizing virtual networking events and knowledge-sharing sessions.

- Compiling insights and presenting regular updates to the GaiaLabs leadership.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a pertinent field. A Master’s or MBA would be advantageous.

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in venture capital, startup incubation, or related verticals.

3. Profound understanding and passion for the Crypto and Web3 sectors.

4. Demonstrated history of success in startup mentorship or management.

5. Exceptional networking skills bolstered by a robust portfolio of industry connections.

6. Razor-sharp analytical skills combined with decisive leadership qualities.
